we were supposed to get a bunch of
useful things done today but doing nothing
took precedence over doing something!
we SHOULD be packing, cleaning,
and finding a new place to live.
instead,
eating strawberry licorice,
munching chips,
and making small art
is what actually got done!
we set out this morning with goals,
all positive-like,
but it didn't last,
so we quit.
we quit this day.
take this day,
and shove it!!
i think being a grown-up might be rubbish.
i have been seeing some small bugs
venturing out during these warmer days.
i mostly want to venture to my bed,
fall asleep,
and wake up with everything packed
and in a shiny new place to live.
it actually doesn't even have to be shiny,
it just has to have two bathrooms.
otherwise,
i'm not picky.
