octopus mouse-house beach friend.
in socks.
inkwash and pen.
off sized, 7" x 12"
before i get back to art-related matters,
this morning i'm going to
address something that really
chaps my khaki's:
-why is it when some person
(i don't care which one)
gets eaten (or even just half eaten) by an alligator
because they wisely? decide swimming in the alligators'
backyard is a good plan,
it is then deemed necessary to destroy
every alligator in the general vicinity?
that's as smart as having the rest of the deceased (as in, eaten) person's family destroyed,
so they don't make the same mistake he (or she) made?
i'm just throwing it out there.
and it isn't just the 'gators, either.
mountain lions and other "man-eaters"
have suffered the same fate.
could it possibly be that humans have
destroyed their habitat by building
condos and built-in swimming pools
where those animals live?
they are forced to
come eat the kids.
i say they are helping
keep the, umm, super-genius population down,
and more power to 'em.
go gators!!!!,
i'm rooting for you.
the reason for this tirade is
partly due to a piece of art i'm working on.
it involves a very friendly alligator in a rain slicker.
...peace be with you,
and alligators.
