today is a dreary one.
we need the rain though.
i don't want our swamp to dry up,
we have a lot of tadpoles in there!
they are way too cute.
the mosquito babies can go to hell though.
i don't like blood sucking insects,
or anything that has tendencies
to want to drink my blood.
that makes me think of vampires,
and how they are portrayed.
if we're talking anne rice-style bloodsuckers,
i might hang out.
however,
the 30 days of night-style vamps can
go where the mosquitoes go.
they are waaay too scary and unattractive
for me to want to hang out with them.
so unsophisticated.
no ruffled shirts or wine sipping.
although, that isn't very attractive either.
oh well,
i guess it's a good thing they don't exist,
so i don't have to make those
difficult dicisions.
i have been told by EVERYONE to read the "twilight" series,
so i'm going to get that going as soon as
we get settled!
i hear those vampires are romantic.
