memorial day weekend.
why does it seem more socially acceptable
to vomit in public these days than ever before?
i swear teens and young adult types
swap stories about how drunk they get
and it is apparently some kind of a status thing.
the drunker you get,
the cooler you and your story are.
i'm so not impressed.
i actually had a kid tell me
the other day he would rather
smoke pot all day long than read ever.
i'm sure smoking pot has it's benefits,
but i'm thinking reading might help
these kids out with their futures
a bit more.
whatever.
at least they will be popular...
...at the parties i'm not invited to.
i like reading.
and it's okay if you don't like to read,
i just don't think statements of that nature
are very impressive.
