frog mission

i love slugs.
not just slugs,
but all the sticky little earth-dwelling creatures
that come out at night!
it's rare to see a snail,
but when i do,
it's like discovering a little slimy pot of gold!
they are just so dang interesting!

sometimes it can be stressful
finding these little friends,
because they blend so well
that they are really easy to step on!

the frogs that are covering the roads
on a dark rainy night can be really stressful whilst driving!
i am forced to drive ten miles and hour
to try to avoid the little amphibian cuties,
but they don't make it very easy!

what causes them to embark
on their dangerous mission?
i need to know!

maybe this will have to remain one of the great mysteries
but i'm almost positve someone knows the answer...
i want to learn!
