okay,
i didn't eat any lollipops today,
but the sunshine and rainbows
are totally relevant.
well,
no rainbows happened today either
but i have pictures of the most recent one!
i did see a snake swim
through the river today and climb ashore.
he was very beautiful.
olive found a big fat toad
and naturally tried to ingest the poor bugger.
i thankfully stopped her from her cruel mission
and relocated the toad to a spot that proved to be a bit safer.
in olive's defense
he was quite delicious looking
and he was asking for it hopping about like that.
i stayed home from work today
because i was feeling rather
awful this morning.
i feel much better now after resting.
i really didn't want to miss work.
i will try to work extra
in the next few weeks to make up for it!
it is too hard dealing with the public whilst feeling like
doo-doo.
it's hard dealing with the public on my best day.
i am grateful, however, to mother nature
for making me aware of all the beautiful little creatures
i would have missed had i been at work!
